Shipping Policy
This page describes Shopless platform-level policies and responsibilities.
Platform Shipping Policy (Shopless)
Effective date: February 18, 2026
1. Definitions.
- "Platform" means the Shopless software and related services.
- "Merchant" means a business using Shopless to operate a storefront.
- "Buyer" means an end customer purchasing from a Merchant storefront.
2. Platform role. Shopless provides software infrastructure for merchant storefronts and order operations. Shopless is not the carrier, shipper, importer, exporter, or merchant of record unless explicitly stated for a specific transaction.
3. Merchant-owned shipping terms. Shipping fees, delivery windows, fulfillment origins, restricted regions, risk transfer rules, and customs declarations are set by each Merchant. The Merchant's published shipping policy governs the order.
4. Operational data handling. Shopless may process shipping-related data (recipient details, tracking status, fulfillment events) to provide checkout, notifications, fraud prevention, and support workflows.
5. Carrier and network dependency. Delivery timing depends on Merchants, carriers, customs, and local logistics conditions. Estimated dates are not guaranteed by Shopless.
6. Service availability. Shipping status information may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable due to third-party outages, API latency, data mapping errors, or network conditions.
7. Prohibited or regulated goods. Merchants are responsible for product classification and compliance with sanctions, export controls, dangerous goods obligations, and import/export requirements.
8. Liability boundary. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shopless is not liable for Merchant fulfillment errors, carrier loss or delay, customs holds, seized shipments, or duties/taxes assessed by authorities.
9. Disputes and complaints. Buyer shipping disputes should first be raised with the Merchant. Platform misuse or technical complaints may be submitted to support@shopless.vip. Regulatory notices may be submitted to legal@shopless.vip.
10. Force majeure. Shopless is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including carrier shutdowns, border restrictions, natural disasters, cyber incidents, labor actions, or government actions.
11. Changes. Shopless may update this policy for legal, security, or operational reasons. The updated version applies from the stated effective date.
